However defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

BUYER'S REMORSE

NO REFUNDS are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. DO NOT email us asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. ALL garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

DUPLICATE ORDER/PAYMENT DECLINED

When placing an order, your credit card provider may decline the order due to fraud protection, wrong zip code, CVV, or other reasons. Please check your statement for pending transactions before making another attempt. Sometimes the credit card companies will attempt another charge and/or approve the payment.

If this happens and you’re seeing duplicate charges, please email us though we cannot promise that we’ll be able to catch this in time since most of our orders are fulfilled within 24 hrs.

Please keep in mind that some orders can take up to 3-7 business days for production time before it leaves our warehouse.

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via UPS + USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
